Answer 1:

A Video Digital Download is a computer file.  The files that we create are mp4's.  They can play on your computer, iPad, iPhone or pretty much any smart phone.  They work great as an upload for Facebook or YouTube.  You can share them with your friends, family and coach!

Answer 2:

A Photo CD contains all the photos of 1 Performance of 1 Skater.  It can be burned to a CD or sent to you by email as a digital download.

Answer 3:

All of our photo orders are cropped as close as possible to the subject, while leaving enough room for framing. 

Answer 4:

We try to print all our photos vertical.  Sometimes, thats not possible if the subject is stretched out performing a move.  Then printing horizontal is necessary.

Answer 5:

We strive to have our orders shipped within two weeks.  At many events we provide onsite delivery of Photo CD's and DVD's.

Answer 6:

At many events you can pickup your Photo CD or DVD before you leave the event.  Make sure to order eary so we can have it ready by the time you are heading home.

Answer 7:

A DVD of a Group/Event contains all the Skaters that are in your group.  For example, if you ordered Basic 2, your DVD will contain all the skaters that performed in Basic 2.
